L’app Tecnos Cloud permette di consultare direttamente dal telefono le anagrafiche clienti, fornitori e magazzino, consente inoltre di inserire rapportini
giornalieri imputando le ore di manodopera e i materiali utilizzati ad una commessa aperta, ad un intervento o senza indicazione.
All’interno del rapportino, si possono indicare note riguardanti il lavoro e le ore eseguite, specificare il veicolo utilizzato e l'autista. L’operatore che sta compilando
il rapportino ha la possibilità di cambiare l’operaio o la risorsa, inoltre nel rapportino è possibile marcare il materiale come extra preventivo e inserire un articolo
immettendo solo una descrizione dello stesso.
L’app permette di utilizzare lo smartphone come lettore di codici a barre dei materiali e come scanner per documenti. Dopo aver acquisito un barcode o un’immagine dal
telefono, tramite l’app è possibile trasferire automaticamente i dati in Planet.
