cases of emergency or pertinent medical inquiries.

1. First Aid: Access life-saving first aid steps while offline
2. Mom’s Guide: Offline health tips and advice for pregnant mothers
3. Menstrual Period Tracker: Manage and track your menstrual cycle while offline
4. Live Chat with a Medical Doctor: Send health inquiries and concerns to a medical doctor for medical advice.

HelpYourself app is one of an array of innovative solutions developed by Maealth Inc.; a social enterprise using Information Technology to improve delivery of health
information, strengthen Cameroon’s national health systems and ensure accessible, high-quality health care for all Cameroonians.
OUR GOAL
To provide instant access to some basic healthcare needs (as this can save lives) to individuals who lack immediate access to health care services especially those in the Far
North, North-West and South-West regions of Cameroon currently affected by the ongoing crisis.
This app is of critical importance as it can be leveraged to bridge the wide gap between doctors and patients due to the limited number of medical doctors, current security
concerns, location differences, time-availability and finance to afford appropriate healthcare service. The HY application is bilingual too, it comes in ENGLISH &
FRENCH.
