You think by covering your bust up will hide it, but by doing this you are just covering it with fabric and padding it out more so it looks bigger. A dress with a halter neck, strapless or spaghetti strap will draw attention up away from your butt area. If choosing a straighter shaped dress, then a dress with a split will slice up the lower body, slimming and lengthening it.
