하나. 상점용 앱을 통해 실시간으로 배달대행 오더를 접수할 수 있으며, 배달대행 오더 접수 시 고객 목적지(아파트 또는 지번)를 클릭하시면 배달대행지점과 계약되어있는 배달 단가가 자동으로 입력됩니다. 또한 저장된 고객의 전화번호만 입력하면 간편히 배달대행 오더를 접수하실 수 있습니다.
둘. 기사의 오더접수, 물품수령, 배달중, 배달완료 등 배달 상황이 실시간으로 상점에 전송됩니다.
셋. 고객에게 물품 인도 과정에서 고객이 결제수단을 변경하셨을 경우 상점용 앱을 통해 결제수단의 변경이 통보되며, 기사/상점간 정산이 앱을 통해 깔끔하게 정리됩니다.
넷. 기사는 앱을 통해 원클릭으로 오더를 수령할 수 있으며, 기사의 상태를 오더수령>물품수령>배달중>배달완료 순으로 정리하여 상점앱을 통해 배달의 상태를 완벽하게 관제하실 수 있습니다.
다섯. 결제수단(현금, 카드 등)이 없는 고객의 경우 다배달 상점앱을 통해 고객에게 SMS를 통해 결제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
