will remind you at each session the last weights used, number of repetitions and let you work on continuous improvement.
You'll be able to clearly track drop sets and additional sets as well as a built-in timer will simplify tracking your rest.

If you got your gym workout already, you can still rely on My Fitness Page by entering your workout into the application and be served by our journal functionalities and
voice assistant. No more pen and paper at the gym.
A typical user flow:
- choose your main target and profile yourself.
- Choose a workout program amid a choice of workouts including free ones (click on the workout and once the exercises list opens, click on GET THIS PROGRAM to learn
more.
- Once you got your workout, you can click on start workout to execute it, if you don't know how to execute the particular exercise, click on search video and the last
video you look at will be kept linked to the exercise for a quicker access at later time.
- Don't forget to record the number of repetitions and weights used if any (otherwise put 0). This is an essential feature since there's no point to repeat the same
workout endlessly with no improvement, with My Fitness Page you'll be reminded last performance and requested to do more over time. If you reach a plateau point thus
there's no improvement for a couple of sessions, then it's time for a new workout.
